How SwiftSync Ltd collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit the MMOS website.
Last updated: 23 June 2026
Who we are
MMOS is operated by SwiftSync Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15385791. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.
For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact us at swiftsyncltd@gmail.com.
What we collect
This website is an informational site about the game MMOS. We keep data collection to a minimum:
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use this only to reply to you and deal with your enquiry.
- Embedded content. Some pages include video clips and links to third-party platforms (see below). When these load, the relevant provider may receive technical data such as your IP address.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and available.
Cookies
We do not set our own advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Video is embedded using privacy-enhanced mode, which avoids cookies until you press play. If you interact with embedded or linked third-party content, that provider may set its own cookies under its own policy. We will update this page and add a consent banner before introducing any non-essential cookies of our own.
Third parties we use
We rely on a small number of reputable service providers, each with their own privacy policy:
- YouTube / Google for embedded video clips.
- Discord if you choose to follow our community link.
- Our hosting provider for serving the website.
Legal basis and retention
Where we process your personal data, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and in responding to enquiries, and on your consent where it is required. We keep email correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our records, after which we delete it.
International transfers
Some of our providers (for example Google and Discord) are based outside the UK. Where your data is transferred internationally, those providers rely on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent approved mechanisms.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at swiftsyncltd@gmail.com.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, we would like the chance to put it right, so please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
As MMOSgrows we may add features such as a wishlist signup or analytics. When that happens we will update this policy and the " last updated" date above. Please check back from time to time. See also our Terms of Use.
